At HolyfireMedia, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review our policy regarding digital downloads and refunds.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital audio files (MP3/WAV) that are instantly delivered upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided and accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or unplayable, and our technical support cannot resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate accidental purchases of the exact same track within a 24-hour window.
  • The wrong track was delivered by our system compared to what was shown in the receipt.
